For the past 16 years, Joanne worked hands-on in restoration, continually expanding her skill set well beyond furniture — into ceramics, porcelain, glass, airbrush techniques, fine finishing, and marble repair. That range lets them take on a wider variety of damage than most teams in this industry can handle in-house. Joanne also serves on the board of the Claim Prevention and Procedure Council (CPPC), staying connected to the standards and best practices that shape our field.

Jason brings over 30 years of craftsmanship to every repair, with a depth of experience that is sought after in this industry — the kind of skill that comes from decades of hands-on work, problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to doing the job right. He can look at a damaged piece and know exactly what it will take to restore it, often finding solutions that save items others would write off as a total loss.
